Electricity Saving Tips

Start Wherever You Can!

Three Points for Saving Energy at Home

Point 1: Choose Well.

Saving Energy at Home Starts with Choosing Household

Electrical Appliances.

(1) Choose Products with Energy-Saving Features.

When you purchase household appliances for the first time or when replacing your old appliances, check and ask about the energy-saving features. The household appliances with energy-saving features may cost more than the conventional ones; however, you can save a significant amount of energy and monthly electricity bill.

(2) Select the Features and Size that Fit Your Needs.

Wait a minute! Are you really going to use all those features? Household electrical appliances are available with various features and in a variety of sizes. Depending on your situation, you may not need all the features, so when there is a choice, choose products that fit your lifestyle and your family’s needs.

Point 2: Use Wisely.

Small changes in how you use appliances are reflected in a more efficient usage of electricity, whether you have old appliances or new appliances with outstanding energy-saving features. By learning the smart way to use appliances and making it a habit, you can enjoy a lifestyle where you can save energy effectively and efficiently!

Point 3: Smart Living.

A well-sealed house enables you to live pleasantly and comfortably without consuming so much energy because less heat can penetrate into the
air-conditioned house and the cool air is retained well thanks to insulation. Remember to close the windows and doors and to draw the curtains when you are in an air-conditioned room.
